If you are not satisfied with the printed photos we have produced, you have the right to ask for a full refund if:
You return the 6 photos sent to you undamaged, however, the buyer is responsible for return postage fee and return must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. This same order must not include a digital download.
We do not provide a refund for the premium digital download service e.g order involving a digital download or photo code. We only provide a full refund if we are unable to produce photo/photos or digital download that meets requirements due to the wrong photo being uploaded by the buyer.
If your order is not received as at when due, please contact us to investigate it with our delivery agents. While the case is being investigated, we would put another one in the post to you but no refund will be given.

You can not cancel order involving next day delivery once an order is placed. Please note, customer has up to 3 hours from the time of purchase to cancel standard order i.e (Free US Delivery Orders), these orders exclude orders involving digital download and US photo code. Next day delivery order must be received before 13:00 hour working days and delivery will only take place on US working day.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund if the buyer has not supplied/uploaded an appropriate photo.
